Hi there ! My name is Cécilia Tran Dinh
Don't worry about writing the name, whether it's my first name or surname, rare are those who get it right.
So this is me, a project manager and scrum master. Half Vietnamese, 100% French, I lived in France, Italy, England and currently living in Québec, Canada, working with teams and bringing the best out of them is my specialty. Learning and understanding different cultures, different approaches to find the best suited for you and your team is what I do. I don’t shy away from a good challenge, on the contrary, I love those. Academically I’m a Motorsport engineer. I thrive in fast paced environments but I also know when to step back, observe and take it slow when required.
For those wondering what the hell is a scrum master, it is a servant leader who coaches a bunch of individuals on agile frameworks (Scrum more specifically) and teaches them to become a self organising and highly productive team. When a project manager is responsible for the project quality, the what, the how, the when, the who, and how much and controlling all of the above; a scrum master is responsible for the autonomy and performances of their team.
So this is me. I have worked in Motorsport Entertainment, in Renewable energy R&D and in IT in the public and private sectors. I speak French, English and Italian. I’m very much interested in Psychology and Neurodivergence. I have a organized Cartesian chaos for a mind, and I am curious of everything. I think way too much, I am constantly asking myself questions and I love to have different point of views on everything. I won’t shy away from a fight when necessary, against whomever in order to make a team the best possible. Because I will first and foremost put your teams’ well-being and productivity above everything else. Even me, even you.
